Project Manager (PMP)
The Project Manager is responsible for driving project execution from requirements and planning through design, development, testing, rollout, and closeout. The role requires strong coordination across matrixed teams, disciplined schedule and budget management, and clear communication with stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead projects to agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
- Capture requirements and translate them into actionable delivery plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, stakeholders, and dependencies.
- Manage risks, issues, decisions, changes, milestones, and executive reporting.
- Support design, development, testing, implementation, and operational transition.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum four years of experience supporting multiple high-value infrastructure or complex projects.
- PMP certification.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong executive presence, communication, planning, and coordination skills.
- Working proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Strong critical thinking, decision-making, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
